    Had a shower early morning,I opened the door of my cottage at a Himalayan forest resort and got him,this was made during a "Bird Photo Tour"last April.
    D500,600mm Fl,f5,1/400s,ISO 1250,HH.
    Thanks for looking,comments welcome,wish had a bit better eye contact.

    Yes very beautiful,agree on the head angle. But it is what we get . Moth adds greatly though TFS.

    The bird looks great on my display. Wonderful color and detail in the feathers. The butterfly or moth adds interest, also the bird gave you a nice head turn. Darn good hand holding with the D500 and a 600mm at 1/400. Thank you for sharing, Debapratim.

    What a great looking bird. The background is killer as the prety item. Nice pose and perch.

    Nothing wrong with the head angle here IMO, the bird is busy and interested in its prey item. Great colours, and I like the wet rainy feel. You could try to selectively sharpen the moth a touch more IMO, but overall a very strong image.
