    As the owl gave me a close pass, he turned and flew past me to my right. I have shots with the full wings, but he kept on coming on to the point the wings were clipped, so I just went a little tighter for balance and something a little different to normal

    This one is all about that face. Love the composition, BG, light, colors and details in that face. Totally works for me. TFS

    Nice choice of Cropping for this image.

    Love the bill and eyes.

    Background is also really good.

    Certainly worthwhile Mike, really impressive facial detail love the eyelids!
    If it were mine I would check to see what it was like with just a tad less contrast, I may just stick as is but worth a look see.

    I love it Mike! The owl looks so calm. The wings are "cut" at just the right spot, and fantastic BG too.
