Hi Marc -- Loving this sequence of images . Loved the light and the scene. Nice timing on capturing the female with her head raised and the cubs looking at her. Very nicely framed and lovely colours. Enjoyed viewing this , keep them coming.

Great title. Really like the lion on the ground looking up at the others. I prefer this vertical over the horizontal you posted before. Nice one.

Yes indeed imaginative title that adds to the experience of the image. Love the moment image depicts. Image seems soft-- may be there was not enough light in the scene for the details to show up.

Jay, ISO9000 is not an issue for the D5, the image has plenty of detail, please remember I've not resharpened when downsizing to 1400px.

Hi Marc - Definitely a fun title and image. I like the vertical presentation and the timing of the cub on the trunk and the one looking up. I might reduce the reds on the tree if it were mine. Also watch the masking on the left side of the tree.

Rachel

Hi Marc - What caused the brighter whitish/light blue areas along the trunk then?

No idea, but to be honest I'm just not seeing anything here?
