I captured this image at the north lagoon at Ft. Desoto County Park, Pinellas County, Florida. When I look at this image a ballerina in tutu doing and pirouette comes to mind. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

What a beauty Joe. I like your handling of the white plumage which has brought out excellent detail without looking drab. Great pop from the dark green water too. There seems to be some funny stuff going on with the colour on the white feather, with the neck looking slightly magenta and the rear wing blue. Probably just a result of the tail being in shadow? Did you grab a vertical of this one too? I think it could also work.
Great details and comp Joseph! I'm with John, a slight move to the left would enhance the image. I'd also like to see a little more room above the Ibis' head if you've got it. Colours are fantastic!

Hi Glenn, thank you for viewing and commenting. Regarding the color in the white feathers, the magenta you see in the neck feathers I think is from the pink skin visible as the feathers separate, the blue on the rear wing is as you wrote from those feathers being in a shadow. Thanks again, Glenn.

I think the bird is just about perfect, I like the water too, just something going through my mind what would it look like if you made the water softer eg a faint surface blur or heavyish noise redction???
