    Good pose with a nice head angle and the fish in the beak is a nice addition.
    I think the whites could go whiter. Try going to selective color and reduce the blacks in the whites by 1 or 2 points. I also feel like this needs a bit of clockwise rotation.
    I would like to see more room behind the bird as the tail feathers are quite close to the edge.
    The droplets of water convey a nice sense of motion. The shadow of the head on the far wing is nice a swell,

    Nice shot slightly tight in the frame for me, colour temp looks a little on the cold side, I suspect you could lift the darker tones a little/ maybe look at contrast.

    Hi Randy, this fellow is going to have to catch a lot more of those little guys to fill him up. I like the water trailing behind the legs from the forward surge, and agree that bringing up the whites/expose wont harm the image. I see Gail mentioned a CW rotation, but Im thinking a slight CCW rotation.
