Taken in late December. A setup with seeds placed underneath the perch to entice the sparrows onto it.

Lovely little sparrow that I don't see much around here. Love the perch, and the coordinated colors. My eye does go to the snipped end of the RH Milkweed pod.
Daniel:
I like the colors of pods and background playing together well, and the bird and the pods. It seems like the plane of focus is just slightly anterior to the bird, as the inside of the pod on the right seems sharper.
Snow in the air and on the beak works well.

Lovely shot, I like the coordinated colors, composition and the falling snow. Thank you for sharing.
Beautiful image Dan, I have a very slight reservation over the leaf on the right being cut off otherwise love the colours and the image quality is excellent.
Gorgeous. Great colours throughout. Nice pose and detail on the bird. I wouldn't change a thing. Well done Dan.

You truly are an artist, Mr. Cadieux. Lovely image, the color palette is wonderful, falling snow a nice added touch. Thank you for sharing.
