Good work. And right down sun angle -- excellente! And the Chupadera's frame the bird perfectly in the warm, early light. What AF setting do you use for flight? With this image, is the face razor sharp or is focus slightly past the head; it is hard to tell with a small JPEG.

Hard to do much better than this, Ray with the bird heading on a nice diagonal towards you, great downstroke and great detail and tonal range on the bird. All tied up in an effective composition with a soft, muted background that highlights the environment well.
