Can't help with the ID Sanjeev but a very nice portrait. I like doing these types of shots. Background is excellent and the slightly open bill adds to this. As usual, your detail, tone and colour looks great... although I'd be inclined to select the eye and lift shadows there to bring out the catchlight a bit more. Composition works well for me.
