Hi John...a great waterfall and well done with the composition too. Two suggestions for improvement would be to lighten up the shadowed areas a bit and I believe that I am seeing a bit of a green cast in the cascading water...once those are addressed you are all set :)
Hi John, Lovely flow to the images. I would be tempted to crop just a tad off the bottom to lesses the prominence of the foreground rocks to ad my emphasis on the waterfall. Also a very slight green cast in the water or it could be I am only seeing it because Andrew mentioned it.

Overly dark was the first impression I got when I saw the image. Nice shutter speed (for me) and I like the composition in the main but I do think Don l suggestion would improve. So, basically I agree with both the comments above..
