Hi Terry.. I do prefer this image over the previous post. It has a nice peaceful 'evening by the beach' feel.. You don't say what you have done to the image, but I do note the sky has 3 whitish blotches about level with the top of the lighthouse.. are they a result of your processing?? I also think the sky could be 'amped up' a little more colour wise and the FG lifted ever so slightly but that's all up to you really.. your image, your view..

Its dark but it works like the detail in the sky.
Hi Terry, I really like the comp and feel of the image but I am seeing what looks like blending halos or lightening halos around the lighthouse. As good as the D810 is and it is the best camera made for sensor DR sometimes the best option is still to shoot multiple brackets and hand blend them or use one of the HDR softwares in post over trying to brighten the image from a single exposure.
