    A puffing making a brief exit from the burrow. He came out for a split second, did the smallest of wing stretches, and went back in to stare out at the world again.

    Full frame width, cropped from vertical, so no more on the right unfortunately. A little yellow daisy removed from near the head.

    not often we get to see a puffling, so good job on this capture! My what big eyes you have, and not such a big beak yet!

    Such a fun frame to see a young puffin! A bit tight in the frame, but you know that already. Must have bee a treat even if only for a split second

    Hi Mike, well exposed on the little guy, and well timed to get the raised foot. Lots of colour to be made up on his face as he grows to an adult.
