Hi John - For me this is a much better pose and portrait than the last one. I like the slightly angled head and you have good sharpness despite the slow ss. If it were mine I would tame the specular hls and the brighter grass/stalks/branches above the head.

Hi John, I agree that this is a better pose, a fraction less above and more below I feel. I do feel you need to back off a bit to allow more/better options for the 'final' crop whilst still providing a good comfort zone between you and the subject.

Very nice indeed John. Clarity, tones and colours are wonderful and beautiful light. I like the jaw caught in the middle of chewing. Framing and composition look pretty good to me.

Fantastic John! The image feels soft yet sharp, the colors seem perfect and although he's in the grass, he's really separated from the rest of the image. Added bonus on the movement of his mouth.
