I started posting two weeks ago in the eager to learn forum, and this is my first post in this one. I like this picture. This one is from Pinecrest Gardens, Miami and was taken K10d, ISO 400, 1/60, f 8, metering multi-segment, sigma 70 macro, tripod.
All comments are welcome and very appreciated

I like it a lot Alberto Very strong and complementing colors along with a fine composition. Would only wish for a slight separation between the bottom flowers. I like the selected aperture, gives you enough dof but allows a good soft bg !!! Looking forward to many more !!!!

Hey Alberto, nice first post, I like the position of the three flowers and the BG as a nice soft color combo. Well done.

Love your choice of DOF. That burgandy in the back looks so rich against the light colored buds. Beautiful!

Nice soft light and nice details and shallow DOF. BG is nice and clean.

The image looks very dark, I assume there are whites in the flowers but with the image they are no where near white. Take a look at the monitor strip at the bottom of the page.
