    I don't think we've had any puffin shots posted for a while ...

    Anyway, an early morning one from Skomer - got a bit of grief from the other overnighters for an early start (shared dorm!) but I think it was worth it after being rewarded with nice light.

    So nice Mike. Great wing position and I like the varied background. Maybe there is a little more details that you can pull out of the face?

    This is great Mike.
    I especially like the two toned BG. Most of my puffin shots in flight have grey ocean in the BG.
    Great that he has fish in his mouth- always a bonus!
    Tack sharp and good exposure.

    A fine shot Mike, the early morning light has afforded greater saturation.
