    I was shooting playful young ones & noticed her basking in the golden light, hence the techs.

    Hi Sanjeev ...nice to see her that relaxed .
    Lovely soft and golden light , all works well here i think .
    DOF , sharpness , tones and colors .....a very nice frame .Lovely amber eyes !!!!!

    Hi Sanjeev - Another very nice lioness portrait. Thanks for explaining the techs because I did wonder before seeing your explanation. The only thing I'm not sure about is the comp. It feels sort of in between for me, maybe come in a little more on the lhs.

    Sanjeev, a great shot in beautiful light. The first thing that struck me when I looked at this though was the composition - agree with Rachel on this.

    Hi Sanjeev, thanks for the explanation re techs, but based on this it hasn't hurt the image IMHO and illustrates you can push the old 5D on ISO without issue.

    Agree on the above comments, but I feel the bright blob at the foot should go, likewise upping the Exposure by a third of a stop again. I could be wrong, but adding some additional colour in the habitat & subject helps, but perhaps just a personal taste.
