December in Wyoming is the rutting season for the Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep. In this image I strived for the moment of impact. I shot from a low angle and tried to predict where the impact would occur to keep from cutting off any of the sheep.
The impact of this photograph is clearly visible. And I really like it that you chose to use a relatively short focal length (as this allows us to show some more environment in the photographs). However, I think that a slightly higher angle would have helped here to avoid the vegetation to merge with the horns of the battling animals. I really like winter wildlife photography, I hope to see more of that in the future!
