    This was taken in the last 10 minutes of light on top of a small local mountain. the background is a stormcloud that went south of me so I was able to stay dry.

    Good detail, lovely light, and the stormcloud makes the bird pop. Far wing position is less than ideal. These maligned birds make great subjects.

    Superb look at the near-wing undertail detail and I do not mind the position of the far wing at all. Sorry Bill :) The storm cloud is ideal.

    Sunlit subjects against storm clouds is always a bonus situation! I could go for a bit more room above for the highest feather tip, but very nice overall.
