    A white antique rose after dropping its petals.

    Nikon D80, Nikon 105mm macro, f5.0, 1/25 sec, ISO 250, tripod, near sunset but already in the shade.

    What a different image! Its so different but the details and soft light with the interesting comp works for me.

    Image would look better lightened up somewhat.

    Interesting composition. Looks a little soft though - not sure if it is due to slow shutter speed or insufficient DOF. I might pump up the ISO & go for extra DOF / or keep same aperture with more shutter speed - to make the stamens more sharp.
