A snap of the Silberhorn whist out hiking in the Swiss mountains near Wengen, part of the Jungfrau mountain region. Might look at converting to B/W or a Quadtone.

Hi Steve, such a lovely scene with great details in the snow and rock. I also quite like the whispy edges of the cloud running diagonally through the scene. Good idea to try a B&W conversion too...I think it would look stunning as such!
Hi Steve, this is what I had hoped it would turn out like...with the blue sky going very dark in the conversion. All around after seeing this version I think I prefer the B&W to the colour.
Love this..! I am a sucker for mountain shots and for me the cream in this shot is the curve leading up to the peak. Walking that final ridge leading to the peak is the best part of climbing mountains... The sky is wonderful too. Of the two posted, I prefer the colour although the B&W would appeal more (I think..) if there was more cyno and less siepia in the tones..
