Contrast looks rather high and the ocean looks heavy. I am not too sure if you have nailed the focus the crayfish (??) looks pretty sharp but I am not quite so sure about the gull's head. I think it is worth having another look at the processing as I feel it is a pretty good shot despite my comments.
very cool food item! can't tell if it is a big shrimp or crayfish. Agree with Jon the focus does look soft to me as well

I believe that the prey item is actually called "Red Crab." From the blog post here:
Pleuroncodes planipes – also known as tuna crab, pelagic red crab and langostilla in Spanish. While the name says “crab” they are actually a species of lobster.
