    Default BlueBill Fly-by

    Always fun shooting these guys when we get cold enough to freeze the rivers and you only can find an open hole here and there.This is an old one but it's getting to be that time again. Canon 7DII 500f4+1.4 extender. ISO400,f5.6@3200sec. Thanks for looking and any input.

    Super nice in flight Joe, exposure looks wonderful with both detail in the whites and blacks. I like the hint of purple in the neck too. The BG is lovely as well. Soon the ducks will come. sweet!

    Great image Joe, details are great and the wing position is really good. Would be great to see if you can bring a bit more colours (i.e. up saturation) out on the neck and breast but this may just be the duck's natural colouration. Great work!
