    Default Ring-billed Gull

I took this photo at the Bolivar Bird Sanctuary. Edited in LR. It is slightly cropped for composition. In the original shot, the bird was right of center and there was not much more room available to the right of the shot to give it more room to fly in to.

As always, all comments are appreciated.

Nicely caught and well processed. For me it is too tight in the frame, a little more space all round I feel would be beneficial, whilst keeping the bird off central position.

Hi Marlo, good focus on the head and beak, but unfortunately, you had too much glass, thus the rest of the Gull falling out of the DOF. Dont get me wrong, we should never have 'too much glass' but sometimes we should back off to have enough space in the comp for the subject to fly into. As Jon mentioned, this guy is filling the frame. Keep them coming.
