This image was taken in May just down the street from my house. The Killdeer nest was right along side the walking path and most people were oblivious to its presence. I think a fox eventually found the nest and ate the eggs. All C&Cs are welcome and appreciated.

Wish it were mine, lovely image. Techs look perfect on the bird, nice foreground and background. I like the out of focus flowers adding color to the background. Thank you for sharing, Jim.

Nice IQ, colors and I really like the grassy bump on the right side and the OOF flowers in the back. Well done.

    Jim:

This is an outstanding image on many levels. The composition, colors, low shooting angle, limited dof, exposure, great eye.

Monet would be proud of the painterly quality.

Made my morning to view it!

    Cheers

Excellent! Perfect balance in composition and colours. I like the flowers in extreme LLC. Bummer the nest did not materialize - I bet you were eagerly looking forward to little puffballs....
