    I took this photo this morning while at the Village Creek Drying Beds near Arlington, TX. Most of the morning, the avocets were wading. I happened to catch them as they flew past me to a different part of the drying bed. I thought this was the best of the series of flight photos because in the other shots, their wings are in intermediate flight positions vs this one has full down and full up.

    I cropped to 16x9 because of the trio.

    Manual f/5.6 1/2500 ISO 800

    you had a nice light and BG, I wish the Avocets had a better wing position, the highlights were blown an the image looks a bit noisy and lacking in details
