While in Iceland on Lake Myvatn this past July, we had hiked up through a forested area with remarkable vistas overlooking the lake. At one point I spotted a Slavonian Grebe (also know as a Horned Grebe) feeding its offspring a rather large black beetle. We were standing on the edge of a cliff with no access for a lower POV.
