    Hi All,

I took this shot at Grand Teton National Park. I initially planned to take pictures of Mormon Row at Grand Teton.

As it turns out the weather was not great with lots of clouds which meant that light was flat and I could not get the shot I wanted. After waiting for a while I saw mountain blue birds perched on a tree near by. They were frequently coming and landing on the ground to find food. So I laid flat on ground and took this shot.

    Nikon D500
    ISO 1250, f/7.1, 1/800 sec

    Post processing:-
    Lightroom exposure changes
Photoshop cc - Sharpening, Curves and Level adjustment
    Neat Image - Noise Reduction.

Let me know your comments on the same.

    Thanks

Krishna, I like how you captured the attitude of this Mountain Bluebird. The exposure is spot on with nice details.
I would go with a square crop to emphasize the character of the shot and clone out the distractions in the BG.
    Here's a quick example/re-do.
I do like your version of it also, I would just remove those BG blobs.

    Regards -Tim

Krishna: Well-titled post! I had a laugh when I saw the bird's expression!

Your camera and lens are getting good details/sharpness it seems to me.

I like Tim's re-post (somewhat breaking the "Rules" with the square crop, and the clean-up of the background feather/globs).
