    White-legged Damselfly (Platycnemis pennipes),
    1DXII + EF100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM, native light and perch, handheld (supported with knee),
    f/5, 1/400, +0,33, ISO1600,
    PP: NR and tone adjustment, almost full frame,
    June, Pokupsko, Croatia.

    I really like the composition and I think you can't fail with a close up head on of a damselfly, a beautiful clean image.

    Very nice as is Miro and I would also try a closer crop. (Just my personal opinion) Love the comp of the vegetation stems

    Visually startling and so dramatic! Love, love the sharp face, the one leg reaching over the stem and that dreamy green bkgd.! Very artistic and so well done!
