I captured this image a couple days ago at Lake Mirror in the center of Lakeland, Florida. As I was heading back to the car this Limpkin hopped up onto a concrete wall and began preening and posing. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Joe I like this very much. The feather detail and pose is lovely. O often wonder where I should crop to make a "portrait" of a bird. You have done this very skillfully!
Lovely portrait Joe,that natural looking feather detail looks really good,just wondered if it might be worth a try to lighten the eye just a tad but that's been picky.
