I like the pose, IQ, details, low angle and soft complimentary BG. Centered composition works well here. Excellent image Lorant.

I agree with Jim's comments on all counts. You've been crawling in the mud again, lovely low POV. Thank you for sharing, Lorant.

Yes Lorant, agree with others comments, very nice image.

Lovely, Lorant. The shooting angle is perfect as are the pastel colors of the background and the graceful curve of the knot's neck. One of my favorite shorebirds and your photograph is excellent, in my opinion.

Just beautiful. Colours are perfect. POV, perfect. Pose, perfect. Just perfect!

Sharp and lovely with a very good exposure but this bird is dead centered... Focusing and re-composing to either side would have been a plus... As would moving to your right about a yard or two to better parallel the face.
Also one of my favorite shorebird species...

I have never heard of a red knot but it is a really elegant and beautiful image. I would suggest move the bird slightly to the left otherwise spot on for me.

Thanks everyone for the comments.
Artie. I did this crop because it seemed right for me with the pose of the bird. If I place the subject to either side the image feels unbalanced to me.
