Hello Ann. Do you think this is the same bird? I'm pretty sure I know most of mine that return year after year. The flowers look like Japanese sunflower? They are a weed here, but to me, just a plant in the wrong place.

Your Big Red certainly gives his best to you. He looks sharp. Feather detail, great.

    Thank you for sharing!

Wow, what a pleasing and unique image. I normally see the big reds at the beach and rarely with so much vegetation and never with blooms. You caught the flight pose just right here.

Awesome pose, and I love what appears to be its hair flowing in the wind. Pretty neat setting with those flowers (but a bit unlucky to have the bigger one touching the head ). A blue sky would have been awesome but that is the conditions you had. Marina has it right with "pleasing and unique"

I like the wing position, flowing mane, sharpness and composition. Very well done Ann.

Different for sure! Beautiful flight pose and a nice 3D effect with the bird so sharp and the BG soft.

Interesting! Not going to repeat all the above, but I agree and like the image very much.
