Hi folks , this is an image of King Penguins being hit by strong winds and very locally blown snow blizzard on South Georgia Island .One can see the snow blizzard where there are locally fuzzy parts within in the image , creating a partially soft look .

Hi Andreas, pretty cool image. Perfect exposure, good details on the white. Like the little bit of blue sky poking thru and the storm. For me, I wish the penguins a little bigger in the frame, but that would be a very different image. Loi

That is one great looking mountain! Perfectly composed image, with the penguins appealingly lined up below. I agree with Loi about the blue poking through the sky - really nice. I kind of would be tempted to darken the penguins' blacks a tad, but I was not there to see what it was like at the time. Great work!

Andreas, I love the feel to this image. The towering mountain and tiny penguins give a sense of time and place. I did have to study this though to appreciate the penguins and I find that by doing a browser scroll and trimming from the top, my eye seems more able to appreciate the birds. I offer this with caution because I wonder if I saw a large print of this if I would have a different impression.

The penguins are plenty big enough for me... The perfect small in the frame wildlife photo with the landscape being the star.
Very nice Andreas, although I think there is more that could be done with the sky.
    Pretty excellent as is...

Majestic Andreas, a beautiful landscape and the huddled groupings of penguins amongst the mist is wonderful. Pleasure to view!

What a great looking landscape and I love that rough looking mountain. The chilly Penguins tell the story of the tough environment they live in. Nice frame

I really like this Andreas, agree with Dan about the Blacks of the Penguins, but overall, a great shot.

Looks pretty darned good to me the colours are muted, I have never been anywhere near there but this is how I imagined it would be.
