I processed this one a while ago not for its merit as an image but more as a record shot of a fun sighting. There are 3 species in the image. The buffalo and bird are easy, many don't spot the third until it is pointed out. Can you find it? Steve is disqualified from answering because he was there.

    I see spots!

Was he / she keeping a low profile or looking for dinner?

Nice record image, Rachel. I see a Leopard in the foreground but not sure as I'm not very well versed in wildlife images.
    Fun shot indeed.

Lovely image Rachel, my eyes fell straight on the leopard! Nicely seen and documented!

Hi Rachel -- This is amazing , Without reading your intro i saw the spots in the FG , the bird i noticed quite late . The light doesn't seems that good but it is surely the moment that makes this image . TFS !

Thanks everyone. Glad you enjoyed this. The leopard is a female and was pregnant at the time so she wanted to avoid any sort of confrontation with the buffalo.

    Thanks again,
    Rachel

Hi Rachel saw the distraction with the dots at first sight , just wonder about the awkward choice of format .
Nevertheless thank you for sharing this !!!!
    Quite an unusual photograph
