Exposure, depth of field, sharpness all spot on. Love the details on her/ his head. More room at the top is an option. One of my favs of yours, Joe, real nice image.
I have always found wood storks to be intriguing subjects, because of the mixture of beauty and ugliness. I once posted one with the title, "Super Model gone horribly wrong".
I would be tempted to add a little more room around the frame, just a bit tight
