Canon 1DX powers off, needs repair

Hi Folks,
My 1DX is two years old and sporadically it would power off. I would remove the battery, turn on and off and maybe the power would resume, or maybe the power would stay on for a second... Yesterday this happened and despite fully charged batteries and my desperation, no power, nada... the camera never would power on. At one point the LCD screen was visible but no other function was available, no bufflehead shots for me after a two hour drive etc, ... Has anyone encountered this problem with their 1DX? Any info would be helpful...

That's weird. It seems like the power supply circuit is leaking. It needs to go to Canon.
