I had spent a couple hours early morning at Circle B Bar Reserve with nothing really worth keeping. On the way out I came across this butterfly. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Wonderful image Joe! I like how the light almost makes the butterfly glow. Is this natural light, or did you use a flash? The shadows seem quite strong for natural light. I do think the bright part of the flower/fruit just right of the butterfly distracts a bit, you might want to tone it down a bit. If you would have stopped down a bit (from your settings it seems that that would have been possible) you would have gotten the far wingtip and the antenna tip in focus as well.
Lovely subject and I like the composition. The depth of field however is a little too shallow and (I haven't seen one so I may be wrong!) it looks a little too bright to me.
