    The bird looks great. Nice light and good eye level view.
    Not loving the big heavy branches in the BG, the one near the bill is particularly problematic.
    They pull the eye away.
    I like the fluffed up pose adds a lot to the image.

    Way too much chainsaw work in the RP for my liking Karl. But, you did a splendid job carrying out the gardening as presented.
    If there was no way to frame the OP differently to minimize the big branch's impact, I'd have been happy to take that, and only
    remove what appears to be a spider web.

    Lovely light and almost a good HA. Thanks for sharing

    Repost is way better, that tree really competed in the OP and sort of ruined the shot that otherwise was very nice and sharp of the juvi.
