Very nice Joe.
I like the composition and the perch.
Nice to see the " green" of the green heron.
If this was mine I would clone out the strand of bark on the perch but not a big issue.

I agree with Gail that the composition is very good with the diagonal of the perch and the head angle is very effective.

Joseph, great looking heron and awesome perch. Excellent HA for me.
I'd remove the hairy looking thing below the folded wing tips.
