    One of several males on a large lake in Cumbria. Later seen copulating with female, here's hoping they continue to breed successfully and brighten up our waterways.

    Ivan to my eyes this looks about perfect the exposure on the head whites is lovely, excellent piece of work ,thanks for letting us have a look.

    I would like a bit more canvas on the right but no big deal.

    Hi Ivan, lovely low angle, and the colours are really striking. You managed a good reflection too. A little more canvas on the right wont harm, but as is.

    Great light and a lovely reflection Ivan. They're becoming quite widespread around Stockport now, and the waterways look all the better for it. The side on view with the slight head turn rounds this off nicely

    I like the HA, reflection, details, calm water and circular rings around the duck. I would add a little in front as well. Beautiful image Ivan!
