    I like the layered feathers and fine details, Satish. For this close up a smaller diameter aperture would have worked better, for example f7.1 at 1/500s.

    I like the head angle and ruffled neck feathers. Good light and BG. Subject looks a little rough! I normally do not worry about dof but I agree for portraits stopping down is better IMO. Still not a bad result in this case, but something to think about n the future.
