I shot this one minute apart from the greenhead I posted yesterday. I suppose they were couples coming onto the shore for the sunset with me.

    Techs:
    D3S
    ISO 800
    700mm
    f/5.6
    1/1250

All C&C welcome. Just a tiny crop, slightly sharpened a part of the head and destructured the BG in Viveza.

Nice portrait, Lyle. The coloration and the patter of the head is atypical. Could it have been some kind of cross?
Somebody, expert in Duck ID might now.

At first I thought, too much yellow. But it took me about half a second to fall in love with it!!

Very nice Lyle, the light works well, technically spot on. Looks like you could have closed down the aperture for more DOF on the foreground but still a pleasing image. Regards, Ian
