Lovely light and nice bathing shot. Love the head draped in water, and though I wish the eye were open, I'll admit I close my eyes too when dunking my head.

Lovely bird and of course the image is of the bird I like the water spilling over the head and bill. The colours look ideal.
(The water looks so smooth and almost featureless in the background. I personally would not have applied NR).

    Cool water splash...
For a bathing photo I might have cropped it a bit larger in the frame if possible..

The water curtain draping down, and the two drops floating in front of the subject are my favorite parts. Very nice (and tranquil) bathing image.

Beautiful image Gail... I really like the contrast of the wonderful colors and patterns of the RP against the gorgeous pastel blues of the water. Very cool to see the water washing over the face, eyes closed don't bother me a bit because that's the behavior. Very well done and a real pleasure to see.

BTW... Feb's theme is bathing, this should be included.

The suspended drops over the water is icing on the cake. Beauty.
