Nice colours, head angle, light. Crop is OK, but although well focused the details look coarse...big crop perhaps? A bit of noise to clean up in the BG.

Good comments from Daniel. Very colorful, nice angle in frame.

Just for personal taste, I could see 15-20% of the free space cropped from the top. Just personal taste.
