    Sanjeev,

What species is this? A very nice looking bird that I don't know.

I like this a lot, I enjoy seeing shots that show behavior like this. Great pose, sharp. Exposure looks good to me. Given the same situation again I would be tempted to raise the ISO a bit to allow stopping down a little to expand the DOF and sharpen the tail a bit, but that is a small nit pick to me as this is a great shot in my view. Good job, congratulations.

Great pose on this thrush, Sanjeev. Nice low POV, and the monochromatic plumage is set off nicely against the green fg/bg. Nest material a plus.

I really like the pantaloons on this thrush.
Nice to see the nesting material as well. Great POV.
I find the head feathers a bit oversharpened and crunchy. Easy fix.
I also see a bit of a magenta cast on the feathers along the back and and neck and head. Easy fix again.

Very nice beak-full of material! I like the low angle, sharpness, and composition. I agree there seems to be a bit of a magenta cast, and I find the contrast a tad strong here. Do you have source material to use to clone over the bright spot in lower right corner? All in all really neat.
