Another one from my recent trip to Corpus.

Not Tack Sharp where I wanted it to be.. but I thought it was acceptable. What do you think guys?

5D3, 500F4+1.4 II, ISO 500, 1/3200, F8 Hand Held. About 30% crop and levels and sharpening.

Looks good enough sharpness wise for me. Might remove a bit of foreground.

I like the idea of cropping a bit off the bottom of the frame. For me, the detail is not quite there in the head; the sharpest parts of the bird seem to be the upper wingtips. Also, how large of a crop was this?

I like the pose and wing position but I agree with Dough that IQ isn't there unfortunately

Thanks Guys, I agree the IQ isnt there.

Doug, It was about 40-50% crop and the Focus was somewhere on the mid Far wing...
