Had a visit from several of these guys in my back yard, they were flying in and out of the Wax Myrtle trees. I'm the first to admit my knowledge of bird species is weak, so I was trying to figure out what kind of sparrow they were. Finally determined they were Yellow-rumped Warblers, of the (surprise?) Myrtle variety. Go figure.....
This is obviously an environmental shot, I wanted the Myrtle berries that they were eating in the image, and it is a heavy crop to zoom in on the small bird (I was wishing I had a pop up blind to get closer to them). All comments are appreciated.
