Agree, nice composition and good one legged pose. Maybe the bird could be brightened a tad more to make it pop from the BG

Beautiful bird and setting in great light! And the composition is very pleasing. I think Shane has a good idea about lightening the bird a bit. If I had one tiny nit it might be to remove or shorten the piece of grass almost touching the left edge.

love terns and nice capture. I like the composition but, for me, would like to see it with a little taken off the bottom

I agree with several of the comments above: great composition and lovely light. The bird seems a tad small in contrast to the rest of the image, so lightening up would most likely help.

Looks great. Sort of an environmental portrait and I don't mind the hand of man element. Nice warm light too.

Beautiful golden light..... love the one-legged pose and the "raggedness" of the perch. ... perhaps the bird looks a bit high in the frame? (aka, seems a bit "bottom heavy" also, bird seems a bit soft compared to the perch) and, ALAS, I am not sure what to recommend, but would like a bit less perch, yet do love the greenery... what a dilemma! All in all, nicely done, Ian!
