Stunning capture Tim. Love the details and the light is beautiful. It is always a great temptation to show off the feather detail but in this case I think it would look even better is the bird was a bit smaller in the frame with more room at the top and right if you have it. As mentioned, the bird is great! As is the light, soft background, shooting angle.

I would fiddle with various framing options, but would try to move him a bit out of the dead center.
