Terrific low POV and very nice IQ.
I think you need to do a bit of CW rotation. I would also take some off the bottom.
I really like the colors in the BG.

IQ, low angle, BG and FG are all very nice. Colours too. The bird seems to be swimming uphill...a CW rotation would be needed. I'd also be tempted to reduce the wet highlights on the plumage and reflection by using a low opacity clone stamp. Nicely done overall.
