Hi Tim, nice light on the canyon. Could you have gone wider here to not clip the tree in the lower right and to show more along the bottom edge, or gone tighter? Either way I think I would be inclined to clone out the tree in the lower right corner as it seems to grab my attention. Someday I will have to travel down to this location.
Impressive rock formations for sure. See my comments on a clean lower edge in one of Tobie's posts. They apply here. With the off-angled light and the clear sky the early light is not very pleasing to my eye. Photographing this on a cloudy day would be a good plan.
