Lovers Quarrel.... Great Blue Heron and Little Blue Heron
I captured this image a while back in Titusville, Florida, at Parrish Park. I have revisited it several times trying to get it just so. Your comments and suggestions would be appreciated and welcomed.

I would have preferred a better head angle on the larger heron, but I love the water texture and overall colours. Funny scene when taken with the title of your image...
I hear you Daniel regarding the head angle of the larger bird but sometimes no matter how long you wait it just doesn't happen. I have been by this bay a hundred times and never seen the water as calm as that morning. The two birds in almost mirror opposite positions screamed for the making of an image. The early morning just after sunrise light and reflections added to the scene. Thank you for viewing and commenting.

Love the title and the story behind it, and of course your sense of humour The Little Blue Heron is so cute, looking very stubborn and kind of cross with the Big Guy...I like your thinking, the story works for me, image well composed and I like the reflection of the subjects in the water, it amplifies the narrative
